We made cheese tortellini, bacon and grilled chicken topped it off with the Cognac sauce. It was divine. The sauce was perfect. Very much like a Vodka Sauce, creamy but with the right amount of tomato. Very Fresh tasting as well. We would definitely buy more in the future.

I ran into the folks selling this wonderful sauce at a farmers market, one Saturday. Tried the Cognac Sauce, and enjoyed it, so I took a jar home. I did not do anything special with it, heated it and served it over pasta with roasted chicken for dinner one night. It was amazing! The next 2 days, had it over pasta, by itself for lunch. Now the jar is empty, thank goodness tomorrow is the weekend, and the farmers market is back!
