Loved the Cognac Sauce. Made fresh linguine with Frik n Frak Cognac sauce, pan seared scallops and asparagus. Thanks Francy for the suggestion while I was in Sarasota! Did not have to do one thing with the sauce...absolutely delicious!
I ran into the folks selling this wonderful sauce at a farmers market, one Saturday. Tried the Cognac Sauce, and enjoyed it, so I took a jar home. I did not do anything special with it, heated it and served it over pasta with roasted chicken for dinner one night. It was amazing! The next 2 days, had it over pasta, by itself for lunch. Now the jar is empty, thank goodness tomorrow is the weekend, and the farmers market is back!
I knew these sauces were good when I tasted them... but when I got home and ate it with my meal... WOW!! Holy cow!! I didn't know how I would wait another whole week to get more! I'm buying two this time!!
